Here in this coastal town we are visited by whales every year. Whales inspire love and respect.
Sharks, on the other hand, often inspire fear. They have big teeth and they eat humans … BUT the only recorded shark killing here was 92 years ago.
So if you are a “shark hunter” and “big game hunter”, why not set up an attraction for the tourists about sharks featuring their scary teeth … and of course include the whales too.
ahhh .. yes please … per favore … NOW! PRONTO!
35 seconds to un perfetto Aperol Spritz 🙂 🙂
Grazie Mario! (my personal barman, you know 😉 )
COMMUNITY SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
TWO ESSENTIAL TECHNIQUES EVERY PHOTOGRAPHER SHOULD KNOW:
1. THE LOOM.
One must always ensure one’s presence is noted by looming over the shot.
This is especially important if the foto is meant to be clever and/or arty.
2. THE PINKIE
The use of the pinkie finger at the moment of taking the shot adds emphasis and is always encouraged.
Note: This information is provided free of charge. There is no on-selling or up-selling attached and no identity or bank details required. Thank you.
The end of a winter day in the Bay.
In my backyard it’s 4pm … the sun is lowering itself into the western sky.
The air is suddenly sharper and so is the light.
Time for the balmy sunlit warmth to give way to the crisp cold of the night.
Time to go inside where it’s warm – and think about feeding everybody!
YES? … you were saying??
